Refund Policy
If your order arrives damaged, or you have received an incorrect item, you will have 14 days from receiving your order to inform us of this, and a further 14 days to return the order for a replacement or a full refund.
Please note that all requests for replacements are dependent upon our stock levels at that time. However, if we cannot provide a replacement, you will be provided with the option of a full refund.
If you change your mind and wish to return an unopened item, you will have 14 days to inform us of this decision, and a further 14 days to complete the return by dispatching the item with tracking. Assuming the item is in the same condition it was received, we will provide you with a full refund within 10 working days of its arrival.
It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned “as new”, in the exact same condition in which they were received. We cannot accept returns of opened goods, or goods that are not returned in the same condition in which they were received. We retain the right to refuse a return, or to deduct up to 50% from the refund amount.
Return Labels
We do not provide pre-paid return labels. If you wish to return the item, you will be responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping label.
How Long Will My Return and Refund Take?
In most cases, once an item has arrived at our warehouse, the return will be processed within 3 working days, with the refund arriving within 7 working days after this.
